This Aviso de Privacidad (Privacy Notice) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Metric Might and applies solely to individuals who reside in Mexico. We provide this notice to comply with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares or “LFPDPPP”), its Regulations, and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice issued by INAI.
1. Identity and Domicile of the Data Controller (Responsable)
Metric Might, with its principal address at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom, is the controller (Responsable) for the collection, use, protection, and processing of your personal data.
2. Personal Data We Collect
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will collect the following personal data: identification data (name, username), contact data (email, phone number, address), financial/billing data, internet network activity (IP address, device identifiers, cookies), and sensory data (sales call recordings).

5. ARCO Rights and How to Exercise Them
You have the right to Access your personal data; Rectify it if inaccurate or incomplete; Cancel (delete) it when it is no longer required for the purposes outlined; and Oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes (collectively known as ARCO rights).
To exercise your ARCO rights, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@metricmight.com. Your request must include:
- Your full name and contact email.
- Documents proving your identity (or your legal representative’s identity).
- A clear and precise description of the personal data over which you seek to exercise an ARCO right.
- Any other element that facilitates the location of your personal data.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days. If you feel your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a grievance with the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at www.inai.org.mx.
6. Revocation of Consent and Limiting Use
You may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, or limit the use and disclosure of your data, by sending a request to privacy@metricmight.com.
